White Space Studio is an excellent choice for your next family session. The weather during a Utah winter can be so unpredictable! Book a studio to ensure that you + your family have great lighting and are comfortable every time.
Why choose a white space for your studio session?
There are many reasons why a studio session would be preferable to an outdoor session.
- Weather: the cold temperatures make outdoor sessions really uncomfortable for small families. Even if you bundle up to go outside, it’s hard to make it look like you weren’t freezing (red noses and hands). Skip all of that and stay warm inside!
- Beautifully styled: With a studio session, you always know what you’re going to get. The interior stays the same, or is decorated seasonally. This gives it a homey feel, without having to be in your own home. Isn’t it great that you can have pictures taken in what looks like a living room without you having to clean your actual living room?
- Props: White Space Studios in Sandy has a ton of amazing props to choose from. Couches, chairs, stools, etc. This chair I brought for our little guy from my own home. I prefer to have smaller chairs that are much closer to the ground for young toddlers. The studio also has sheer curtains that diffuse the natural light + make it soft and glowy. In a word: perfection.
- Bathrooms: As you may already know, bathrooms often close for the winter season. This can make things tricky when taking family photos! So skip the park altogether and opt for a studio session where you know the bathrooms will be clean and easily accessible.
