How to book Brightwood House Studios
Brightwood House Studios has a convenient online booking site (found here). When you go to book your time slot, you will see that there are 5 different areas to choose from. They include:
The Conservatory-with a moody, bold green walls + a light and airy white room with charming wallpaper
The Gable-featuring a large window, bold dark walls, statement furniture and a beautiful skylight
The Solarium-featuring a dreamy bed with gauzy drapes (perfect for bridal portraits or a newborn family session)
The Attic-with charming nursery accents, tiny chairs and a floral wingback chair, this area is perfect for your newborn session. This space is my personal favorite, shown below!
The Nook-has beautiful faux florals and trees, a jute rug, charming benches and chairs + of course stunning natural lighting. And the Christmas installment is going to be absolutely amazing in this space!
What types of sessions would be best for an indoor studio?
That’s a great question! Studio sessions are often best suited to small families with young children. Especially during the colder months, a studio session is a great option! You won’t need to worry about the rain and snow ruining your family session. With it’s antique bassinet and chairs, the attic is the perfect spot for your newborn session. The window light is perfect for snuggling your new addition in this dreamy spot (plus, you don’t have to clean your house!).
